EU Green Week 2021 Partner Event #EuGreenWeek
How can Agenda 2030 enhance the implementation of the EU Green Deal? In what ways does Transformative Education and Global Citizenship provide support for the GreenComp Framework?
This EU Green Week 2021 Partner Event organised by Bridge 47, invites European Union policy and decision makers, education researchers and experts, and civil society representatives, to discuss the role of transformative education in strengthening our skills and competencies to create a more sustainable, green future for all.
The event will include a panel discussion on the role of the Green Competencies in supporting Europe to achieve a sustainable future in the context of Agenda 2030. It will provide the space for attendees to reflect on the interconnectedness of EU priorities under the EU Green Deal and Agenda 2030, and the role of transformative education in building and maintaining the momentum to reach the goals set forward by these policy frameworks.
